Since Feb-2007 I have seen two almost identical ladies in Chico looking close enough to be Sandys twins, whom may not 
know of each other, one time outside of day care center next to Campbell Commons apartments getting kids or other 
things in/out of a compact subaru station wagon... 

(I have seen on many occation unmarked police cars park at that building and it is close enough to have underground 
access to Campbell Commons facilitating gathering of intelligence for law enforcement or other purposes "via physical 
crawlers" and/or providing secret court/laboratory analisys of collected evidence relating to people studied at CC)

One major memorable behaviour of Sandys visits was the regular attempts to call "unknowns" from my apartment phone like a 
"time stamp" of some sorts of someone checking in (on the clock)...
